ABOUT SHIPPING (Shipping Notice)

Please understand that we are not able to control, nor are liable for, what happens when your mail goes into the post system. We will do what is in our power and hope really hard that it gets to you quickly and safely.

By placing your purchase, you understand and agree with the shipping notice, and the potential risks involved with your selected shipping method.

Why is registered shipping only partially tracked?
SingPost, our country’s national postal carrier, no longer has non-courier destination tracking for most countries – even when registered, the number does not show mail progress or successful final delivery in the destination (your) country. 🙁 As of now, there are no other non-courier shipping methods with tracking.

This method would also take longer to be shipped out due to the registration process.

However, if your parcel is lost, we can use the registration number to open a postal inquiry and try to locate it.

Why do you have non-registered shipping available?
Since no accessible shipping methods have tracking and SG’s out-going airmail is still fairly reliable, we opted to include the most cost effective one to keep shipping affordable. However, please understand that we cannot open an postal inquiry for this shipping method.

What should I do if my items haven’t shown up?
For either shipping method, please wait for 2 months before contacting us via email! If it hasn’t arrived after two months, we’ll do what we can.

Does your shop include EU and UK VAT?
No, sorry! We aren’t able to collect and remit EU and UK VAT at the moment, so those purchasing from these countries may have to separately settle VAT and other customs fees when it arrives. We are not sure whether letter airmail from us will be delivered directly or not.

If you would prefer for VAT to be included, please subscribe to our Patreon monthly subscription! That will auto-calculate and include it in your payment. If there is enough interest, we may open an Etsy store in the future.

How are your products manufactured?
Our postcards and stickers are printed in small batches by our premier local printshop! We don’t have the equipment to print our own products, so we put them into the hands of our esteemed local professionals and take a bus down to pick them up when they’re ready. \o/ We then finish them up by artisanally hand-cutting, slicing, and punching as applicable.

How do I know which are genuine JunBun Etc. items?
In the unlikely case that JunBun Etc. pops up elsewhere, items from JunBunEtc.com, junbunetc on Patreon are directly from us and genuine. Preorder links etc shared by social media handle junbunetc are also genuine.

We currently do not have any other stockists. If that changes, we’ll update this section.
